The Hawkeyes are 2-0 so far this year with wins over Miami (Ohio) and Rutgers. Iowa beat the first two opponents by a combined score of 68-14.The Cyclones escaped a near-disaster loss to UNI on Aug. 31. It took three overtimes to come away with a 29-26 victory.
